I’m 5ft 3” and went from 138lbs to 119lbs in 6 months through doing Blogilates and Jillian Michaels workouts and eating clean. It took a lot of hard work and dedication but i got there in the end! Currently trying to build muscle now that i’ve achieved my fat-loss goal :-)

This is so inspiring and amazing. GREAT JOB! health / fitness blog for inspiration and to help you get back on track. I’m studying nutrition and fitness at school so if you have any fitness questions or health questions I can help you out! as well as getting myself as healthy as possible :)
